This Platform Is Not A Registered NGO Or Corporate Entity At Present. It Operates As A Personal Public Support Initiative Created With The Intention Of Assisting Verified Medical Emergency Cases.
Platform Fee Policy
FNameGo Does Not Charge Any Platform Fee From Patients Or Beneficiaries. The Platform Is Operated As A Free Initiative For Public Support.
Fund Collection And Transfer
All Donations Are Voluntary Contributions.
Donations Collected Through The Platform Are First Received In The Official Platform Account And Thereafter Transferred To The Verified Beneficiary For Medical Support.
The Platform Makes Reasonable Efforts To Ensure Proper Fund Allocation For The Intended Medical Purpose.
Special Condition In Case Of Death Or Case Closure
If A Published Beneficiary Passes Away Or The Case Is Permanently Closed After Donations Have Been Collected:
• Donations Will Not Be Refunded To Individual Donors
• Remaining Funds May Be Allocated To Another Verified Emergency Medical Case
By Donating, The Donor Agrees To This Allocation Policy.
Refund Policy
All Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable.
However, In Case Of Accidental Overpayment (For Example, ₹1000 Donated Instead Of ₹100), The Donor May Contact The Platform. After Verification, Reasonable Efforts May Be Made To Process A Refund On A Case-By-Case Basis.
Refund Decisions Are At The Sole Discretion Of The Platform.
Verification And Fraud Prevention
Before Publishing Any Case, The Platform Conducts Reasonable Verification Including:

• Hospital Or Doctor Documentation Review
• Video Or Physical Verification Where Possible
If Any Beneficiary Is Found Submitting False Information Or Misusing Funds, The Platform Reserves The Right To Remove The Case And Take Appropriate Action.
Dispute Handling
FNameGo Acts As A Neutral Facilitation Platform Between Donors And Beneficiaries.
The Platform Does Not Act As A Legal Authority Or Arbitrator. Any Personal Disputes Between Donors And Beneficiaries Shall Be Resolved Independently By The Concerned Parties.
Data Retention Policy
Donation Forms Related To Completed Campaigns May Be Permanently Removed From Public Display Once The Goal Is Achieved.
However, Donors May Still Be Able To View Their Personal Donation History Through Their Account.
The Platform Does Not Publicly Store Or Display Unnecessary Personal Data After Campaign Completion.

Force Majeure

Volunteer And Team Limitation
