Welcome to FNameGo.com ("we", "us", "our"). We provide AI-powered name styling tools, name generators, text-animation video creator, image enhancer, video title generator, password generator, partnerships listing and other creative utilities (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have regarding your information.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide directly
- Account & contact details: Name, email, and any information you enter when contacting support, subscribing to communications, or creating an account.
- User-generated content: Text inputs (names, custom text), style choices, uploaded images or media (for Image Enhancer / Text Animation Video), created video outputs, profile details submitted for Partnerships (profile URLs, follower counts, descriptions), and any other content you submit.
- Payment & donation info: If you make a donation or purchase premium features, payment is processed by third-party payment processors (UPI providers, payment gateways). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may keep transaction metadata (receipt ID, amount, date) for record-keeping.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage & analytics data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, errors, and other activity logs that help us operate and improve the Services.
- Device & technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, and language settings.
- Cookies & similar technologies: Cookies, local storage, and device identifiers to remember preferences and measure usage.
2. How we use your information
- Provide & operate the Services: To create and deliver name designs, generate video and image outputs, host partnership listings, process donations, and provide customer support.
- Improve our Services: For analytics, testing, debugging, quality control, and model improvement.
- Communications: To send transactional messages (account notices, receipts), respond to support requests, and — only with consent — send promotional emails.
- Security & abuse prevention: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal activity.
3. AI features & processing
Several features (AI Custom Name Design, AI Name Generator, AI Video Title Generator, Image Enhancer, and Text Animation Video) process inputs you provide to generate outputs. Inputs (text, names, uploaded images, or other media) are processed by our systems and/or third-party AI model hosts. We may log prompts, usage metadata, and generated outputs for debugging, improving model quality, and abuse detection. We aim to minimize storage of sensitive personal data in logs wherever possible.
4. Partnerships (Profile Submissions)
FNameGo.com allows users to voluntarily submit social media or creator profiles for listing in our Partnerships section. When you submit a profile, we collect the information you provide (profile links, follower count, engagement details, descriptions, optional contact information).
- Submitted profiles are publicly visible for up to 7 days unless you delete them earlier.
- Profiles are automatically removed from public listings after 7 days. We may retain a limited record for abuse prevention or bookkeeping as required.
- We do not sell submitted profile information to third parties. Data is used to display the listing and for internal moderation/analytics only.
5. Donations & Payments
Donations are voluntary and not required to use FNameGo.com. We accept UPI donations at the following IDs:

Payments and donations are processed by third-party providers (UPI apps, payment gateways). We do not collect or store complete payment card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers. We may keep transaction metadata (transaction ID, date, amount) for accounting and fraud prevention. Donations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Cookies, trackers & third-party services
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and analyze usage. Cookies used may include:
- Essential cookies: Required for site functionality (session, security).

8. User-generated content & public sharing
Outputs you create (name designs, animated text videos, images, and profile listings) are generally considered user-generated content. You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs. By submitting content to public areas (e.g., Partnerships listings or any gallery/ showcase), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content for the purpose of operating the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not infringe others' rights or contain sensitive personal data.
9. Third-party links & embeds
Our Services may include links to external websites or embed third-party content (YouTube, social embeds). Those third parties have their own privacy practices — we are not responsible for their policies or practices. Please review the privacy policy of any external site you visit.
10. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention rules:
- Public partnership listings: Typically removed after 7 days (unless retained for moderation reasons).
- Transaction metadata: Retained for accounting and legal compliance as required.
- Support logs and analytics: Retained for limited periods for troubleshooting and improvement.
